Birch, Elm and Walnut Pizza Peel

$120.00
sold out

This pizza peel features a 45-degree angle at the front to slide under any pizza you’re trying to get to. And because it’s made from birch, elm and walnut, which are all hardwoods, you can cut your pizza right on the board.

All of my boards are made from locally sourced and responsibly harvested wood from the Ames and Des Moines Area. I take great pride in giving new life to old trees that needed to come down for one reason or another.

The board is finished with pure tung oil, which is a food-safe, all natural drying oil. Because it’s a drying oil, it bonds with the wood fiber, unlike mineral oil, which never dries. This will prolong the life of the board and will decrease the need for maintenance.

Dimensions (LxWxH): 18×13×0.75
