Live Edge Walnut Cutting Board
This cutting board is made from walnut and it’s perfect for cutting up your vegetables and meats and is still beautiful enough to be displayed on your counter top when not in use.
All of my boards are made from locally sourced and responsibly harvested wood from the Ames and Des Moines Area. I take great pride in giving new life to old trees that needed to come down for one reason or another.
The board is finished with pure tung oil, which is a food-safe, all natural drying oil. Because it’s a drying oil, it bonds with the wood fiber, unlike mineral oil, which never dries. This will prolong the life of the board and will decrease the need for maintenance.
