The tray is finished with pure tung oil, which is a food-safe, all-natural drying oil. That means you can use it as a treat tray as well for candies and sweets if you wanted to.
All of my valet trays are made from locally sourced and responsibly harvested wood from the Ames and Des Moines Area. I take great pride in giving new life to old trees that needed to come down for one reason or another.
