These walnut and maple coasters are finished with oil-based polyurethane, which is a water-resistant finish. They also have a cork bottom to prevent slipping, scratching and general wear and tear.
All of my coasters are made from locally sourced and responsibly harvested wood from the Ames and Des Moines Area. I take great pride in giving new life to old trees that needed to come down for one reason or another.
